Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor role at our Dixon location supports operations projects, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company policies and plant rules, develop and implement standard operating procedures while maintaining a working relationship with the union.
  • Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and safety environment in the workplace.
  • Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
  • Support maintenance through troubleshooting issues, developing daily schedules, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant maintenance needs, with schedule flexing possible but predominantly on 3rd shift.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of management.
  • Previous experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Previous supervisory experience, especially in a manufacturing environment.
