Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor role at our Dixon location supports operations projects, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company policies and plant rules, develop and implement standard operating procedures while maintaining a working relationship with the union.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and safety environment in the workplace.
- Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
- Support maintenance through troubleshooting issues, developing daily schedules, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources.
About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant maintenance needs, with schedule flexing possible but predominantly on 3rd shift.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of management.
- Previous experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory experience, especially in a manufacturing environment.
