We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Aid Officer to join our team, working closely with students, parents, and colleagues to provide expert guidance on financial aid applications and documentation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial aid administration, contributing to the growth and development of our institution.

Estimated Annual Salary: $62,000 - $82,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on financial aid applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with students and parents to resolve issues and concerns, communicating effectively and empathetically.
  • Manage financial aid files, updating information and making awards as necessary.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the financial aid team, sharing best practices and strategies for improving services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as the Veterans' Administration and state government agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial aid regulations and policies, applying new knowledge to improve services and support student success.
