Clinical Pathologist Assistant needed to collaborate closely with the Medical Laboratory Director and pathologists in performing tissue grossing and managing all facets of laboratory operations. Responsible for ensuring seamless daily functions with guidance and support from laboratory leadership.

Reporting Structure & Oversight:
  • Operates under the supervision of the Medical Laboratory Director and Laboratory Executive Leaders
  • Directly oversees staff in the grossing department
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a NAACLS Accredited Pathologist Assistant Program
  • ASCP Certification or equivalent credential
  • At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
