We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and supporting HR systems. If you have experience in HR, recruitment, and onboarding, and are comfortable working with HRMS and HRIS platforms, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the employee experience from recruitment to onboarding. You will gain valuable hands-on experience with HR technology and develop expertise in areas like benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
