About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopaedic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create clear goals for patients, outlining expected outcomes.
  • Utilize a range of techniques, including exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy, to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
  • Record patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and family members about the recovery process and provide guidance on self-management techniques.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
  • Hand Therapy experience required; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification preferred.
