Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Associate Therapists to enhance our practice's offerings. Our focus is on providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.

To qualify, candidates should possess at least two years of experience in behavioral health, ideally within an outpatient setting. As a W2 employee, you will be part of a collaborative private practice that prioritizes high-quality care while minimizing administrative burdens.

We offer compensated supervision time, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional therapeutic services. Our practice manages referrals, intake processes, billing, and marketing, enabling you to dedicate your efforts to client care. Availability during evenings and weekends is essential. Compensation:

$30 - $42 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As a registered associate in California, you will engage in continuous professional development. This role can be structured as part-time or full-time, and you will have the chance to:

  • Deliver psychotherapeutic care to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct independent assessments and diagnoses
  • Participate in weekly supervision with an onsite mentor
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Select appropriate interventions throughout the therapeutic process
  • Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards
  • Ensure consistent and compassionate client care
  • Utilize suicide risk assessment skills
  • Complete thorough risk evaluations
