Position Overview

We are seeking passionate Associate Therapists to enhance our practice, providing care to individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

To qualify, candidates should possess at least two years of experience in the behavioral health sector, ideally within outpatient settings. As a W2 employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a well-established group practice that prioritizes high-quality care while minimizing documentation requirements.

Our practice offers compensated supervision time, taking care of referrals, intake, billing, and marketing, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding client care. We have multiple openings and require availability during evenings and weekends. If you are a compassionate and dedicated therapist eager to make a positive impact in a nurturing and fulfilling environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Compensation:

$30 - $42 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

As a registered associate in California, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical and legal practice. We are committed to fostering a culture of growth and support, with opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and community engagement. This role can be tailored to part-time or full-time commitments, and you will have the chance to:

  • Deliver psychotherapeutic outpatient services to diverse populations
  • Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct independent assessments and diagnoses
  • Participate in weekly supervision with an onsite mentor
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Select appropriate interventions for client care
  • Maintain consistent and ethical client interactions
  • Utilize skills in suicide assessment and risk evaluation
