Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to individuals participating in the ISAP program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate case management and individual service plans for ISAP program participants
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with participants to assess their needs and develop plans to address them
  • Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment to ensure participant compliance
  • Assist participants with acquiring travel documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Evaluate participant needs and connect them with community resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or government
  • Bi-lingual Spanish language skills required
  • Experience working with multicultural clients and ability to interpret and articulate rules and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the Internet
