Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pet Health Technician to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our furry patients and their human families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including preventive care and treatment, to ensure the health and well-being of our patients.
  • Build strong relationships with pet owners, providing education and support to help them make informed decisions about their pets' care.
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in veterinary medicine and technology.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pet owners, veterinary staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
