Food Production Worker

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $18 to $19.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in gathering all necessary labeling and packaging materials.
  • Support setup according to specifications outlined in the Batch Record and complete required checklists.
  • Help with the labeling and packaging of products, including preparing crate tags as needed.
  • Complete Batch Records, logs, and other necessary documentation in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Ensure the LPN sheet is filled out accurately, with labels, expiry dates, and lot numbers approved by authorized personnel prior to packaging.
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and prevent damage during the process.
  • Maintain cleanliness of collection trays and tables to ensure safe handling of products.
  • Distribute products evenly on collection trays.
  • Assist in transferring products as required and participate in cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Available Shifts:

All shifts are available.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English, with basic math skills.
  • Willingness to work in various temperature conditions.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
