About the Job

As a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and families in a fast-paced emergency department setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
