Opportunity Overview
The Henny Penny convenience stores are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, this individual will be responsible for leading the site operation and ensuring the execution of all company values, goals, and processes.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, the Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for maximizing store profitability through team development, operational excellence, sales building, and financial performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management and leadership, with experience in managing high-volume businesses and developing effective teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and implement positive change through coaching and development.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred. Candidates must also have experience selecting, training, and performance-managing staff, as well as availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is also required.
