Job Description
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading the management and associate team to ensure the execution of all PMG values, goals, rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
The GM will maximize store profitability through team development, operational excellence, sales building, and financial performance management.
The role requires daily responsibilities such as ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, resolving customer and associate concerns, executing sales strategies, analyzing income statements, supervising associates, and managing labor schedules.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need high school diploma or equivalent, experience in managing a high-volume business, excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
You must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, and have reliable transportation.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
