Job Description

As a Domino's Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing our delicious pizzas with pride. Our team members are the face of our brand, and we are looking for individuals who can maintain a safe and clean work environment, provide excellent customer service, and operate our store technology with ease.

What We're Looking for in Our Store Team Members
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain food and team member safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Operate store technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 16 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
