Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to residents, focusing on mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Document resident progress and outcomes, using data to inform treatment decisions and improve care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
