We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, and interventions to develop and implement effective physical therapy plans.
- Utilize a range of tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for clients.
- Document client information, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating this knowledge into daily treatment of clients.
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
