Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to join our team at Novant Health. As an MRI Tech, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring the safe operation of MR equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic scans and operate MR equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MRI imaging equipment and technology.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year Associate Degree preferred.
  • Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in MR preferred.
  • NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire required.
