**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company. As a Medical Office Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced 32-bed adult/older adult unit.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to adult and older adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, including trauma patients and those requiring heparin drips and acute medications.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Utilize Epic EMR to document patient information and communicate with the healthcare team.
* Operate specialty equipment, including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
* BLS/ACLS certification.
* Experience in a medical-surgical setting, preferably with a trauma population.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
