Aramsco - Fabrication, Sanitation & Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming shipments, accurately counting and recording inventory.
- Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment, utilizing a variety of equipment and tools.
- Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Sort and store merchandise in a safe and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
- Operate company equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet shipping and receiving deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably with experience operating material handling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including procedure manuals and work instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 75+ pounds on a frequent and repetitive basis.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Cycle Counts and RF Scanner.
- Knowledge of data works systems and ability to input and retrieve data.
A competitive hourly rate of $19-$21, depending on experience.
