English Language Trainer for Adults

Berlitz Orlando, a renowned language-training company, is seeking an English language trainer to instruct adults in-person. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience and a Bachelor's degree.
This part-time position involves teaching students from basic to advanced levels, Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm and/or 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm. As an instructor, you will be responsible for assessing student needs, assigning homework, administering tests, and helping students progress.
We offer competitive compensation, estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. Our trainers are essential to our global mission of providing high-quality language training.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and be capable of handling multiple tasks. Berlitz offers a dynamic and nurturing environment where you can develop your skills and expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching English language classes to adults
- Assessing student needs and adjusting coursework accordingly
- Assigning homework and administering tests
