Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavior plans and programs for patients
- Supervise the implementation of behavior plans and programs
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to staff
- Conduct functional assessments and analyses
- Participate in assessment and treatment planning processes
- Attend and participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings as needed
- Provide information about programming to parents and caregivers
- Attend IEP meetings as needed to discuss patient progress
- Offer feedback on staff performance reviews
- Assist with new staff training and development
- Participate in research and presentation opportunities at local and national conferences
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
- Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism
- Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
- Positive team player and energetic professional
- Ability to train others in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment and creative thinking skills
