Clinical Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Clinical BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, supervising staff, and monitoring patient progress. About the Role
The Clinical BCBA will work closely with our team to create and implement new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans. You will also be responsible for training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing feedback and guidance as needed. Additionally, you will participate in assessment processes, attend parent meetings and staff meetings, and provide information about programming to parents.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in ABA or a related field, Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA), and experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism. You will also need strong attention to detail, positive team player skills, and the ability to train others in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, and programs. If you are a creative thinker with good judgment and strong organizational and time management skills, we encourage you to apply.
Essential Duties
The Clinical BCBA will be responsible for creating and supervising the implementation of new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans, conducting functional assessments and analyses, participating in assessment processes, attending parent meetings and staff meetings, and providing information about programming to parents. You will also be responsible for offering feedback on staff performance reviews, assisting with new RBT training, and participating in research and presentation opportunities at local and national conferences.
