Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and investigating potential fraud cases, working closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of all fraud-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify potential fraud cases identified by our Fraud Detection Systems and perform thorough investigations to determine the validity of each case.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track and retain records of all fraud-related activities, including exception item resolutions and investigative leads.
  • Monitor client and fraud detection systems to identify potential fraud patterns and trends.
  • Open fraud claims and work with clients to resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Regulation E.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree or higher is desirable.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a banking security environment and/or 1 year experience in a credit or debit card processing environment.
  • Background in overall bank operations is required.

Our Fraud Specialist will enjoy a competitive salary range of $46,000 - $56,900 per year, as well as access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
