We are in search of a proactive and dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to enhance our Finance division by providing direct support to our Chief Financial Officer and several Vice Presidents within the Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of the organization while fostering team spirit and morale. You will collaborate closely with the Finance leadership team to manage daily operations and schedules effectively. Additionally, you will spearhead the planning and coordination of Finance team events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage calendars for the CFO and VPs with precision and foresight.
  • Coordinate external events alongside the Finance executive and leadership team (e.g., conferences, speaking engagements, team-building activities).
  • Lead special projects associated with the Finance executive and leadership team.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and expedite expense reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the administrative support team.
  • Embrace a positive attitude and enjoy contributing to the growth of an innovative company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record.
  • 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives in the technology sector.
  • Experience within a Finance organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars simultaneously, with a preference for experience in executive-level coordination and event planning.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with innovative problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proactive approach to managing routine tasks independently and anticipating potential challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite applications.

Compensation Disclosure

At Verkada, we strive to attract and retain top talent, compensating them in a manner that fairly reflects their contributions to the organization. We consider various factors to determine the appropriate starting salary, including work location, candidate skills and experience, market conditions, and internal equity. This estimate may vary based on these factors, and the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is just one aspect of Verkada's total rewards package, which may also include additional compensation forms based on the role, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
