Job Summary

Serve as a key member of our team at MILLENNIUMSOFT, providing top-notch software testing expertise to ensure the quality and reliability of our Windows 10 upgrades. As a Software Test Analyst, you will play a vital role in performing QA for these upgrades, conducting ad-hoc testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated test scripts according to SCC standards, ensuring high-quality test cases that meet industry best practices.
  • Develop reusable code through hand coding, streamlining our testing process and reducing maintenance efforts.
  • Execute test scripts thoroughly and in a timely manner, identifying defects and issues that require attention from our development team.
  • Document defects clearly for development team and business area, facilitating effective issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in application design by ensuring requirements are testable, clear, and follow best practices, guaranteeing our products meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Local candidates are strongly preferred and must be able to attend a personal interview in Richmond, VA if requested.


Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
