About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Manager to elevate our AI/ML R&D strategy and drive innovation in personalizing the Qualtrics experience.

As a key member of the Data Intelligence Center of Excellence (DICE), you will lead the development of core machine learning infrastructure and services, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable, robust, and highly available machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to implement, tune, and productize cutting-edge machine learning models, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and maintain highly scalable data pipelines to cleanse, anonymize, measure, and index complex and multi-modal data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • 1-2 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, complexity analysis, and performance.
  • Experience with applied machine learning models and large-scale ML systems.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $162,500 - $296,500 USD, depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
