Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sportsman's Lodge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that meets the expectations of our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare meals in accordance with portion and quality standards, minimizing waste and ensuring exceptional taste and appearance.
- Plan and prepare the next day's work, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, advising supervisors of low stock and assisting with receiving and inventory tasks.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to state and local health board standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
