About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at New Orleans RV Resort & Marina. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the resort's facilities and equipment are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs
  • Ensure mechanical equipment is operating properly and make repairs as needed
  • Conduct general building and grounds maintenance, including repairs and painting
  • Install and replace floors, stairs, doors, and fencing as required
  • Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and roofs as needed
  • Follow all company safety protocols
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the resort
