As an **Analyst, International Development & Asset Management**, you will join our team in New York, Los Angeles, or Vancouver, working closely with experienced professionals to drive success.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Assist in developing and executing comprehensive asset strategies, incorporating operations, capital, risk and disposition analysis
  2. Support monitoring of existing investments/joint ventures, ensuring accurate cash flow and valuation models for assigned ventures
  3. Track financing activities, including capital calls and equity commitments/lead cash management
  4. Contribute to partner communication, reporting and support for site-level initiatives
  5. Aggregate asset management data and prepare regular reporting for clients and/or senior management
  6. Collaborate with Investment Teams in due diligence process for new investments as required
  7. Prepare/contribute to investment committee approval memos
  8. Engage in travel to assets to meet with onsite property management teams, brokers, tenants, and strategic partners
