Responsibilities

•Act as the main point of contact between clients and listing agents to ensure smooth real estate transactions in Santa Monica, CA.

•Organize property viewings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses to assist potential buyers effectively.

•Reach out to pre-qualified leads to evaluate their interest and understand their preferences and requirements in a home.

•Prepare essential documentation such as representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing papers, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful sales transactions.

•Offer valuable insights into the local housing market and provide crucial information to potential homebuyers in Santa Monica.

•Follow the team's established plan for seamless collaboration and workflow efficiency.

•Arrange appointments with buyers and ensure timely follow-up on leads for potential sales opportunities.

•Carry out thorough client consultations to grasp their needs and deliver personalized services accordingly.

•Guide clients through the sales process, addressing any concerns to ensure successful closure of transactions.

Qualifications

•To be eligible for the Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent position in Santa Monica, CA, USA, applicants need to have a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car within the area.
