Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Emergency Department team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a RN Emergency Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
