We are seeking a skilled Emergency Services RN to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
