Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Verbal Beginnings. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to a team of therapists and clients. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience in supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs will be essential in achieving optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Train, supervise, and support a small team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) dedicated to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs
  • Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and their families
