Parking Compliance Officer Position

Overview

At SP+, we are committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients and patrons. As a Parking Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in upholding parking regulations and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about directions, events, and parking regulations
  • Implement parking rules by issuing citations and warnings as necessary
  • Assist in maintenance duties, including inspecting parking facilities and equipment
  • Safeguard and collect parking revenues through various methods
  • Support event personnel with parking-related tasks
  • Help office staff during busy periods with permit sales
  • Perform additional duties as required

*Note: Parking Compliance Officers do not possess arresting authority.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with local geography and parking laws
  • Capability to operate a handheld computer and drive a vehicle
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Physical capability to walk for extended durations and work in various weather conditions
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Availability and License Requirement

Flexibility in working different shifts may be necessary. A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees may encounter outdoor weather conditions and potentially hazardous traffic situations. Safety is a primary concern at SP+.
