Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Commercial Service Department. This role is essential in delivering high-quality glazing services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibit strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Lift and transport materials weighing up to 75 pounds, including navigating stairs.
- Maintain a squatting position for extended durations as required.
- Stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours each day.
- Climb extension ladders safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cutting and drilling glass, mirrors, and metal.
- Knowledge of framing components, including curtain walls and storefronts, as well as doors and hardware.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in the glazing industry.
- Ability to handle glass safely and effectively.
Education Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 4 PM. Flexibility in hours may be required based on business needs.
