  • Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the sales counter, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter and on the phone, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Pick materials for orders, utilizing warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
