Position Overview
As a Resident Nurse in our Transition to Practice Program, you will gain invaluable experience and enhance your nursing capabilities in a clinical setting. This program integrates theoretical instruction with practical application under the guidance of seasoned mentors, equipping you to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve competence in nursing practices across various patient demographics
  • Utilize the nursing process to promote wellness and prevent health issues
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and optimize resource use
Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or be on track to obtain one within three years of employment
  • Advanced nursing degree is preferred
  • Maintain a valid RN license in Washington State and current CPR certification
  • Complete necessary certifications within designated timeframes
