About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate nurses to join our Nurse Residency Program. This 12-month program is designed to transition aspiring nurses into skilled professionals, providing a comprehensive blend of education, mentorship, and peer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages, adhering to established nursing processes and practice standards.
- Lead patient care activities to ensure outstanding nursing services and uphold the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New nursing program graduates are welcome to apply.
- State of Georgia Registered Nurse license and BLS certification are mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in a specialized field.
