Job Description

As a Brand Manager at ThayerMahan Inc, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tools and resources for successful salesforce activation.
  • Identify and create strategies that support customer acquisition goals.
  • Support the execution of annual brand plans, including marketing campaigns, new product launches, promotional plans, and distribution opportunities.
  • Ensure brand initiatives and implementation plans are being followed.
  • Collaborate to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand messaging and values.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent team player, and positive attitude.
  • Proactive and demonstrates leadership and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva and similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
