Key Responsibilities- Define and manage software development and debugging program scope, key deliverables, and milestones for complex robotic systems from concept to end-of-life.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, creating and executing mitigation and resolution plans.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively.
- Provide clear and concise status updates to leadership, highlighting timelines, milestones, budget status, and any areas of concern.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure program success.
- Prioritize critical tasks and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain program metrics and ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Onsite work at our headquarters is required.
- Experience in vision systems, machine learning, or similar technologies.
- Keen understanding of software development lifecycle, especially relative to robotics, and the complex challenges therein.
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt in dynamic environments.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, plus equity and benefits.
