Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service to internal and external clients through appropriate greetings via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and Administration teams to convey essential information efficiently
  • Assist Human Resources with onsite protocols and ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Effectively manage office systems and support team members with operational tasks
  • Handle responsibilities such as processing Certificates of Insurance and managing office supply orders
  • Perform collection duties and maintain a tidy office environment

Scheduling Responsibilities (as assigned)

  • Coordinate technicians' schedules and manage work orders efficiently
  • Ensure precise scheduling, resolve conflicts, and update account details as needed
