- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely and accurate information on pricing, availability, open orders, and ship dates.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze problems and develop solutions to resolve customer issues, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
- Relationship Building: Develop meaningful relationships with key customers, driving trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Technical Skills: Utilize ERP, CRM, and online tools to confirm account information, process transactions, and manage customer data.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Entry-level to experienced, with a minimum of 2 years of inbound/outbound call experience in a customer service or manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in portal management, transactions, and EDI knowledge (recommended). Strong attention to detail, ability to plan and organize, and solid attendance and reliability.
