Retail Skin Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Skin Therapist to join our team at Dermalogica. As a Retail Skin Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on skin care products and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized skin care consultations to customers
• Recommend and sell Dermalogica products and treatments
• Deliver high-quality treatments and services to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the team

Requirements:

• UK nationally recognized Level 2 regulated qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent standard)
• GCSE in English and maths (preferred but not required)
• Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
• End-Point Assessment (EPA)
