About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Skin Therapist - Apprenticeship. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert skin care advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skin care consultations and treatments to clients, including Face Mapping and product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin care needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest skin care trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of skin care programs and promotions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • UK nationally recognized Level 2 regulated qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent standard).
  • GCSE in English and maths (preferred but not required).
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Private Health Care with AXA PP and Medicash.
  • Life insurance with Yulife.
  • A 5% pension contribution from the company.
  • 5 paid sick days per year.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 3 bank holidays.
