Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and assisting residents with their daily activities under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. This position is essential in ensuring that the personal care needs of residents are met with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents as outlined in their individual care plans, ensuring all needs are addressed.
  • Monitor and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse for timely assessment.
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and toileting.
  • Perform assigned tasks such as taking vital signs, recording weights, and collecting specimens as directed by the charge nurse.
  • Safely lift, move, and transfer residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills in English with residents, visitors, and team members.
