We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Clearhope Counseling & Wellness Center. As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and children.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular case consultations and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Current licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Proven knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including EMDR, TFCBT, and DBT
  • Ability to work with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed
