About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a critical partner to the Senior Director of Finance, CFO, and division leaders, providing strategic and analytical support to drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This individual will ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting, contributing to the organization's overall financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting process, including the development and implementation of annual budgets.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Develop tools and reports for budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced experience using Tableau, Solver, or equivalent advanced reporting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
