Job Summary

Albright LIFE is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our participants in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist participants with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and meals.
  • Provide mobility and therapy assistance, including wheelchair and van transfers, and complete range of motion and other restorative exercises.
  • Provide personal care, including homemaking, light cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, and other duties as needed.
  • Accurately take and record vital signs, including temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures, and weights.
  • Assist in the day center with serving meals, meal clean up, games, crafts, discussion, and other activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move participants as needed.
