Caregiver Job Description

**About Us**

At Home Instead, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to seniors in our community. Our caregivers are compassionate professionals who build meaningful relationships with our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Job Summary**

We're seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a caregiver. As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. You'll also engage in conversation, prepare meals, and provide companionship to our clients.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide companionship and conversation to our clients
* Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
* Help with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing

**Requirements**

* Have a valid driver's license
* Must have two professional references
* Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
* Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
* Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations
