We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at WelbeHealth - Menlo Park, CA. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our participants in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to participants, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
- Assist participants with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation.
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
- Assist with safe transfer in and out of participants' homes and act as a medical escort on vehicles and to medical appointments as assigned.
- Provide translation services as needed, if qualified.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, sick time, and mileage reimbursement.
- 401(k) savings plan with company match.
- Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) and additional benefits.
- Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, with no part-time work or overnight shifts.
